Quality policy
The Quality Policy of Aero Quality Sales Limited is to provide quality excellence and service, demanded by our customers, and to constantly strive to maintain and improve the standard to ensure we continue to be a respected provider of services.
The basic quality requirements to achieve the standard are laid down in our Exposition EX001 and Quality Manual Q001.
Quality standards are the responsibility of all personnel and it is their duty to comply with this policy, to strive to both maintain and improve quality standards at every opportunity: to identify and understand the customer and their requirements and to meet these requirements without error, on time, every time.
In order to achieve this it is necessary to adopt and continuously improve upon an efficient and effective system of operation throughout the company. This is achieved by the implementation of, and adherence to, a system that complies with the requirements of international quality standards. The Management Review Meeting is used as a tool to monitor and identify maintenance and improvement in all areas of this system.
The policies contained in this profile specifically define the method of operation for Aero Quality Sales Limited. This declared operational system clearly addresses the clauses of ISO9001:2000 in terms of objectives, specific instructions and responsibilities and its commitment to maintain the requirements of Part 145.
